A photo that is sure to make their wedding slide show! Posted by Picasa

Does it look like we are interested in getting our picture taken? We were having a great talk about our chips! Posted by Picasa

I don't need a daughter of my own. I can borrow Elise...Isn't she adorable? Such a diva! A girl after my own heart!! Posted by Picasa

Luke is crazy! The only reason he is smiling in this picture is because he has all his balls, none are touching the sand and MOST important he isn't touching the sand! For some reason my fearless child found fear at the beach. He didn't like the water or the sand. Posted by Picasa

Hey, you better not have my ball...I'll send my mom to get it if you do. I may not be able to get you on the sand, but just wait 'till we get to the car! Posted by Picasa

How dare they? I think they have one of my balls! Posted by Picasa

Do you think they have one of my soccer balls? Posted by Picasa

This is all Luke wants in life...his pacifier, blankie, soccer ball & cup. Posted by Picasa

I wonder if there are any cheetos floating in the water? Posted by Picasa

I'm not sure if this is a cheeto or not, but I'll put it in my bag just in case... Posted by Picasa

Does anyone know where I can find some more Cheetos? Posted by Picasa

we're just friends...I promise Posted by Picasa

Since Luke (the one who is always getting into something) was confined to a 3x3 space, Daddy was able to relax and enjoy the day! Posted by Picasa

Texas, our Texas, all hail the Mighty State!

Well we had a fun, productive and too fast trip to Texas. Luke and I left first and my mama was able to take the week off from work and help me with Luke while I looked at houses. She was a blessing and that was a HUGE gift from God! I don't know how I could have looked at the 30+ houses that we looked at by myself with Luke the Bear!
Caleb meanwhile was in Delaware with the Zeiglers for a couple of days and had a great time with them. When I called him he said, “I miss you, but I don’t want to talk too much.” So much for all my fears that all that time away from Mommy and Daddy would scar him.
Joseph and Caleb joined us in Texas and the kids stayed with my parents while Joseph and I looked at houses. We had a good time together without kids, found a house that was out of our price range and bought it. Joseph came home to take a test at school and the kids and I spent some time with my family. That was our trip in a nutshell!
We are so excited to be moving to Texas! Even Joseph said that he feels like Texas is home (although I don’t think that he is ready to hang the TX state flag off our porch like Texans like to do!) It will be great to be that close to family and we are planning on taking FULL advantage of it!!

Poor Caleb - he got sick on our trip and actually fell asleep in his Nana's arms. Nana slept with Caleb everynight we were there and apparently they had some pretty great talks together! Posted by Picasa
